Terms and Conditions
By completing and submitting the Sleepover Booking Confirmation for Perfectly Pitched Parties you, the client, agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
This agreement shall commence on the agreed date shown on the Sleepover Booking Confirmation form and remain in full effect until the sleepover equipment has been collected by Perfectly Pitched Parties.
During the term the equipment shall be located at the address provided on the Sleepover Booking Confirmation form unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by Perfectly Pitched Parties.
Equipment can only be used in a careful and proper manner, due care must be taken to protect the tents and furnishings.
The hire period is 1 night; however extra nights can be arranged subject to availability.
The cost of hire includes delivery (within a 15-mile radius of WA14), assembly, styling and pack down and collection of equipment and all accessories the following day, at a time mutually convenient with Perfectly Pitched Parties and the hirer.
The hirer must be present at the agreed time for set up and pack down/pick up of the equipment.
No refunds will be given if your booking cannot go ahead because of difficult access / needing permits/permissions which has not been disclosed at the time of booking.
The hirer is responsible for ensuring adequate indoor space is available for the equipment to be set up and arranged. The space required for one tent and mattress is 180cm x 90cm. The tray tables are 56 cm x 36cm and are usually placed in front of each bed if there is room, however these can be placed elsewhere. There should be space to move around the tents which is required to ensure the safety of the children when they are moving in and around the tents.
Perfectly Pitched Parties will not refund in full or in part the monies paid in the event that adequate space is not available to set up the equipment.
The hirer must ensure that the area is clean and free of furniture prior to our arrival ready for the tents to be set up and styled. Perfectly Pitched Parties cannot move your furniture. Delay in the start time may incur a waiting fee.
It is not the intention of Perfectly Pitched Parties to violate any copyright laws and all themes are only inspired by popular trends.
Perfectly Pitched Parties reserves the right to substitute items and/or products for similar items and/or products as and when required.
The hirer shall alert Perfectly Pitched Parties to any damage to the sleepover equipment. Any damages made to the tents, bedding and accessories property of Perfectly Pitched Parties will incur a charge to the client. In the event of damage, the hirer will be responsible to pay for the full damage repair or replacement of the items. In this event the hirer will be issued a damage invoice payable within seven days of issue.
The hirer is solely responsible for the security and safe guard of the tents whilst in their care, from delivery to collection.
Booking charges and Cancellations
A non-refundable security deposit of £50 shall be paid at the time this agreement was made. This will confirm the date of the booking and shall be taken from the full cost of the booking. Full payment must be made 7 days prior to the sleepover.
In the event of cancellation, the hirer must email us.
If cancelled 14 days or more before the sleepover date the only charge will be the £50 security deposit. Less than 14 days 75% of the total charge will apply.
At collection, inspection will be undertaken by Perfectly Pitched Parties and the hirer. The hirer is responsible for checking tents, decorations and other sleepover items before collection is made, and ensure no items are missing and agree condition of tents and sleepover items with Perfectly Pitched Parties.
Perfectly Pitched Parties takes no responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property as a result of hire agreement. Perfectly Pitched Parties has full and current Public Liability Insurance.
